OK, OK, enough abuse.
I have a plan. It may be easy for some just to wake up one morning, pull on the runners and get going. For me, it needs a bit more thought...
1st of May is my target to start running again. That'll give me time to finish off a couple of exhausting jobs I have around the house (laying pavers) and for my parents to head off back to UK.
That'll give me 15 weeks until City to Surf 2006. With a bit more idea about a structured training programme and my Imaginary Friend to help me along, I should be able to improve on last years' time of 1:16:34.
So I should be looking forward to some cold dark mornings over the next 3 months!

Sounds like a plan mate. So we can expect a post in your blog on 2/5/06 then ?
