I'm bouncing between the 'Beginners' and 'Advanced' training programmes for the Half Marathon. This morning was from the 'Advanced' version. A 50 minute run.
Actually 9.7km in 53:09 at 5:28/km pace. I think the average pace was improved within the last 2 downhill kms.
Just over a week to go now. Starting to think about the last few training sessions, the taper and carbo loading. A bit of research required!
