I think I need to confess my sins in order to be forgiven and to stand a chance of getting back into the routine:
- Last Sunday's run was downhill and not a long run as required,
- I missed Monday as it was a Public Holiday,
- I made some half-hearted suggestion that I'd run this morning, but didn't.
Rather than performing self-flagellation, I'm prepared to rip into the squash tonight as a penance. Then another 5km run on Friday.
I will try to get out on Sunday but I really must figure out a decent route. Those hills are a killer!
Am I forgiven?
